Sorry I haven’t blogged in a really long time.  Well, for obvious reasons I haven’t, but I’m here to make up for it now!

So, I’m done all my finals.  I didn’t capatalize because one of them went poopy.  Mineralogy.  I mean, the LAB final is where you should test us on stuff that we did in the lab, NOT THE CLASS FINAL!  I was so angry.  I ended with a 70.  Bah. Oh well. 

However, there is good news….

I PASSED CHEMISTRY 241!  AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!

I was so excited!  I also passed with a 59, which means I got a 70 on the class final.  Not too shabbby at all.  I mean, where was this all semester? I couldn’t tell you, but as long as I passed I am happy.  I also got a 70 in 310, which means I got a 75 on the final or something.  Not too bad, but I do need to pick up my work ethic….a lot.

So what will I do over the holidays?  Well, for one play WoW.  I have a mean work schedule that has me working pretty much every day accept for saturday, which is when everyone pretty much leaves.  Oh well, I told everyone I was going to call in sick or make up stories about how I was going to Moosejaw and crap like that.  Its not hard to fool McDonalds.

Also, I have a lot of movie watching to do.  Sarah needs to see all of season 3 of house, and I need to watch my new season of Will and Grace.  I also got Superbad from Mandy, so I’ll have to watch that (with Megan, since she hasn’t seen it), and any other movies I asked for (Transformers, Knocked up, etc.)  I’m also supposed to get the Alfa Eng. site up and running.  All I need is their extra information that they want to put on, and to redesign their logo since my crazy cool idea doesn’t work at all.  Its sad, but such is life.

I also wanted to pump out a website.  I was thinking a online magazine, in which I would enlist people to write in it.  Kind of like a big community blog.  I was going to enlist my friends to write in it, and tell them that they could store their writing/art and stuff there too.  I dunno, I’m still playing around with the idea.  When I sit down and start sketching dads logo out I might start sketching the site and see how pheasable it is to make it.  I’m a little rusty when it comes to webdesign.

Cat, Megs, Maureen, your all invited to write in it if your wanting to….and if it ever gets going.  I think it could be a nifty thing.

I also got ALL my christmas shopping done on wednesday.  I was so relieved, even though I’m probably going to have to work double time to pay off my stupid credit card.  Oh well, thats what christmas is for right??

And lastly, I apparently don’t need any text books for next semester, which is AWESOME.  I’m loving that!  So all I need to do is save up for tuition and I’m set.

I hate it I hate it I hate it!

I HATE FINALS!

Well, not so much anymore, but I sure as hell did for these past two finals.  Let me explain:

I studied for 7 days strait for chemsitry 241.  I even started drinking energy drinks in order to keep me awake.  I was fricking exhausted.

Everything in the final went perfectly well, until I got to the last question.  I was so stupid!  I was one step away from getting the right answer, but I ran out of time.  Stupid Fischer-Indole synthesis.  Fusing 4 rings together sucks my junk.  And then I found out I got another 5 mark question wrong.  Cool, so far I’m down to 80%.  From there, its only going down.  I just need a 51 on that exam to pass.  I’m crossing my fingers.

Then, the next day I had 310.  This exam was supposed to be super hard, and believe you and me it was.  Plus the fact I finally went to bed at 2 and got up at 6:30 to keep studying helped nothing.  THEN, the fire alarm gets pulled just as I am about to finish.  So we have to wait outside for 10 minutes, then wait in riddel for 10 minutes, then finally go find another classroom where I can finally conclude on my proposed structure.  I don’t think I’m getting a very good mark in that class, nor 241.  I’m really angry.  Next semester I will definetly be trying my hardest to bring up my average.  I know I can, I just got to work at it.

Also, I have not started one bit of my christmas shopping.  Me and Megan are going on wednesday to sort out each others gifts, and I’m going to buy Abby and Emilies gifts.  Me and Emily and Abby are going in together for Laura/Mike’s gift and Dereks gifts. 

And I’m just talking with abby, and I guess we’re going on wednesday to buy them too.  Cool!

But I need to start studying mineralogy.  talk to you later cool cats!
